Get organized this year with this 14 page free printable Christmas planner! The ultimate Christmas planner includes calendars, shopping lists, gift planners, cooking schedules, checklists and much more!
Free printable Christmas Planner
Christmas season is always chaotic in my family, there are so many things we want to do and somehow we always tend to forget half of them! Between planning gifts, dinners, movie nights, get togethers and anything else – it’s a lot to keep up with!
So, this year, I decided to create a Christmas planner printable set to get better organized and hopefully get a lot more done! And I hope you’ll love it as much as I do!
The Ultimate Christmas Planner
The Christmas planner includes a total of 14 pages (including cover) to help you stay on top of things this season!
Printable November Calendar
We all know good planning starts well in advance, especially for things like Christmas and Black Friday shopping! So I’ve include a blank November calendar (easy for use year after year) that you can fill out the dates on and easily add quick notes and to-do items to it as you need.
Printable December Calendar
Once December hits things really start to pick up! So I’ve include a blank December calendar as well that you can fill out the dates on and easily add quick notes and to-do items to it as needed.
Printable Christmas To-Do Checklist
There are so many things to get done for Christmas! From hanging the lights to putting up the Christmas tree or something simple like baking cookies. I’ve included a great list of popular to-do items to make sure you remember to tackle the big stuff and the small stuff. There are even blank sections to add your own items!
Printable Christmas Gift Planner
This one is a personal favorite, especially for shopping sales! Here you’ll three two pages of gift planners so you can easily organize gift ideas for each person! Simply add their name to the corresponding section and your personal budget for that person. Then, in the tables below that, you’ll add the gift idea you want to get, the cost and check off if you got it! And then check off once it wrapped, so you’re covered from the idea to the final stage!
Printable Christmas Dinner Menu
Much like our free printable Thanksgiving planner, I also included a Christmas dinner planner! So if you’re getting together with family or friends this Holiday season you can easily know who’s bringing what so no dish is brought twice!
Printable Christmas Dinner Schedule
Once Christmas Eve arrives you’re probably going to feel overwhelmed, we all do. You can use this cooking schedule to stay on track and know when things need to go in the oven (based on their cooking time), when things should be taken out of the fridge, and anything else to help you through the day!
Printable Christmas Wishlist
Parents deserve a wishlist too! Use this to fill out your own personal wants, needs, etc and give to your family members so they have a better idea of what you want! This is the best way to avoid getting “Worlds Greats Whoever” coffee mug for the fifth year in a row.
You can also use this to give out to friends, family, teachers and whoever else you want to get some more details from before buying gifts for them!
Printable Black Friday shopping list
Make your Black Friday shopping easier this year with this awesome section! Perfect for adding items you want to make sure to get on Black Friday and marking down what their regular price is, sale price (so you know if it’s worth the hassle), what store to get it from and anything else!
Need more info on this? It’s a recreation of our printable Black Friday shopping list, so feel free to visit that post to find out more!
Printable Christmas Short List
This is also one of my favorite sections of the planner, you can use to to quickly mark down things you want to bake, watch, eat, places to visit, etc! Or give a copy to thhe kids so they can tell you some things they want to do as well this year!

Printing and using this planner is simple! Just follow the download link below to instantly download your own copy, you can print a single set or extras of certain pages (like the gift guides) if needed.
Once everything is printed off you’ll want to add the dates to the November and December calendars and staple the pages together or add them to a binder where you can also organize all your favorite crafts, ideas, and recipes!
