Free printable kids chore chart
I’m not sure if your kids are like mine but mine have to have a physical checklist they can look at to know their daily chores. Heck even when we do our biweekly full house cleaning I have to write them each a list of every single thing they need to do and go over! Floors, desk, bookshelves, under bed, literally everything. But it has helped so much and I don’t have to go back in their rooms a million times to remind them. Because, the reality is, their brain isn’t my brain and they tend to focus on other things. The moment I realized that my anxiety lowered tremendously! haha.
So with the chores they need to tackle on a daily basis the best solution was the same approach, something they could check off every single day! From the simple things like brushing their teeth (for the younger ones) to putting away dishes (for the older ones) you can include anything you want on this chart!
Editable chore chart
This PDF file is completely editable, well almost, some items like the titles/days/etc are in the PDF itself and not editable. But each chore field as well as the name at the top is completely editable for you to fill in your own items depending on your child!
You will want to use Adobe Reader (free to download), if you don’t have this yet I highly recommend it for anyone! It allows you to easily fill out content, sign forms and much more. But even more than that, it allows you to easily edit this template with your own chore items!
