One of our favorite family traditions each year is driving around looking at Christmas lights! We make a whole evening out of it with hot chocolate and popcorn in the car as we drive to as many neighborhoods as possible looking for fun and elaborate lights. This is always such a great time together but this year I wanted to make it a bit more fun and add in a scavenger hunt! We recently started doing a Halloween scavenger hunt and it was a blast with the kids.
Who this printable is for:
This festive scavenger hunt is geared towards the kids but, of course, adults can participate too! With images instead of just text even your little ones who struggle with reading can easily tell what items they’re looking for so they can join in.
You can use this fun printable to do what we do and drive around to different neighborhoods or walk your own neighborhood on or before Christmas Eve! So make some hot chocolate, pop some popcorn, get your printable and start hunting!

How to play
Printing and playing this is pretty easy! Print as many copies as you need depending on how many people you h ave participating. Then make sure each participant has a pen or pencil to mark off items as they spot them during your drive.
Each item is worth 1 point so at the end you’ll want to count how many items you spotted and write that total on the bottom of the sheet. The person with the highest number wins!
