How to play tic tac toe

Tic tac toe toe is a simple game that even the little ones can play! Here’s a brief summary on how the game is played if you’re not familiar with it:

1. Print off the cards by using the download button below.
2. One person can be “X” and the other can be “O.”
3. At the start of the game “X” goes first.
4. The goal is to make a line of three of your symbols in a row. It can be up and down, side to side, or diagonally.
5. Take turns putting your symbol in one of the empty squares. “X” puts an “X,” and “O” puts an “O.”
6. Keep going until someone gets three of their symbols in a row, or until all the squares are filled up.
7. The first person to get three in a row wins!
8. If all the squares are filled and no one has three in a row, then it’s a tie and you play again!

That’s it! Tic-tac-toe is a quick and fun game that you can play over and over.
