We all know why we celebrate Easter, yes the bunny is super cute and I am all about hiding some Easter eggs, but that’s not really what Easter is about! After Jesus was crucified on the cross his body was placed in a tomb that was sealed with a large stone. On the third day Jesus was resurrected and rose from that tomb, demonstrating God’s power and offering the promise of eternal life to all who believe in Him.
Jesus died for us so that we could have eternal life with Him. What an amazing miracle to be celebrated!
